Group Format

Small groups (up to 6 participants) offer a safe haven for parents searching for community, connection, and understanding. These groups provide space to be heard and to process feelings such as isolation, anger, guilt, shame, imposter syndrome, and grief. A Place to Land also integrates mindfulness and offers opportunities to celebrate growth and success.

Groups follow seasonal themes, events, and transitions that may affect children and parents alike. When held in person, A Place to Land occasionally meets outside, weather permitting.
